CA Mahesh Chandak is a senior partner of the firm and has a strong legal and tax background with nearly 13 years of experience. He is the Managing Partner

Mahesh has advised a significant number of, domestic and multinational corporations in areas ranging from designing efficient operating and tax structures, corporate reorganizations, M&As, etc. He has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters.

Mahesh's domain knowledge in banking sector is par excellence and is director in a reputed bank since last five years. He has addressed various forums on diverse topics on taxation. He is associated with various not-for- profit organizations and also manages his own Section 10 NGO.

He has a Master's degree in Commerce, has done Law (Taxation) from the Pune University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011.
